Full Three Year Warranty

Your Healthtronic Electronic Muscle Stimulator power unit is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for three years from the date of purchase. It will be repaired or replaced at our discretion; shipping costs not included.
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, alterations, or failure to follow owners manual.
Warranty is void if repairs attempted by anyone other than authorized service personnel.

Our trained representatives can often assist in correcting problems over the phone. An authorization number must be issued for all warrant work.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Electronic Muscle Stimulator, you may return the unit within 30 days for a refund, minus 20% restocking. No refunds will be given on shipping and handling. Please call (905) 846-4528 to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and proper instructions before shipping to ensure a refund. We do not accept COD (Cash On Delivery). Any products returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted or refunded.
